That is pretty funny. I love forms where you have to submit a bunch of pages and more than one is blank, except for the big "This page intentionally left blank" stamp. Stupid is as stupid does, Forrest.

Dude, I used to work as a speechwriter for a government agency head in DC and we'd always have reports that started with at least two pages that read:
ReplyDelete"This Page Left Intentionally Blank."
I'm not kidding. The worst part is no one knew why.

ReplyDeleteRoselle, the card is a plastic health card blank that came as a set with my unblank health card. As far as I can tell they don't think I can figure out that I only need ONE card because I am the only one insured. I have no official use for it and I don't think anyone else does either. Nice try though.
